With educational background in Electronics Engineering and Business Administration Lasse started his corporate career in 1967 as an engineer before moving on to executive positions within sales and marketing, business development and general management involving significant international experience. Lasse has worked with companies such as Tandberg, Stentofon and Norcontrol/Kongsberg Group, and has also wide experience as chairman and board member in a variety of small and mid-size as well as stock listed companies.

Established his own management consulting business in 1987, and has since 1995 specialized in industrial corporate finance, M&A and cross border transactions being partner and advisor in DHT Corporate Services and Nordic Merger. Together with two partners, Lasse founded Synergos in 2009.

Leif holds a MSc. degree in mechanical engineering and MBA. He started his career in the oil business as cost engineer in the oil company Saga Petroleum (Now Statoil Hydro) and thereafter as sales manager in the oil service company Björge Group. After a short period being sales and marketing manager in an ICT business, Leif had 16 years of different management positions in one of the largest listed Norwegian companies, Orkla.

At Orkla Leif was project director at Orkla’s head quarter being involved in many acquisitions. Then he moved into line management as sales & marketing director for two Orkla businesses in the branded consumer goods area. Leif also had some years as responsible for business development in the same area. After the Orkla period Leif started as M&A advisor and partner in Norsk Bedriftsmegling and then together with two partners founded Synergos in 2009.

Rolf has an education in Business Administration (sivilökonom/MBA) and started his career in the national oil company Statoil, where he quickly moved into executive positions with responsibility for all downstream activities. Thereafter Rolf worked in Helikopter Service, Ringnes (CEO) and Orkla. Rolf has in total 15 years top management experience before he moved into finance, where he has spent the latest 15 years as head of corporate finance in the largest investment bank in Norway, DnB NOR Markets, partner in the leading private equity firm Norvestor and head of his own M&A consulting firm Infima.

As a principal in both industrial and private equity deals in combination with experience as an advisor and top management, Rolf has a particular broad background. He has also topped his education with AMP at Harvard Business School.
