Francisco is the founding partner and CEO of Gesventure. Presently, he is also President of FNABA (Business Angels National Federation) and Member of the Board of EBAN (European Business Angels Network). Besides being an entrepreneur, he has a professional career with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting and Corporate Governance.

Francisco holds a Management degree a Master in Management and an MBA in Business Strategy. He regularly teaches management, marketing and entrepreneurship courses in Portuguese Universities.

Francisco speaks regularly at conferences, universities, entrepreneurship contests and other public events in order to promote entrepreneurship among young generations. Francisco published two books and he writes regularly opinion articles for the Portuguese press and keeps a very active Blog.

Sérgio joined Gesventure in 1999 and he became partner in 2007.

He has been involved in financial advisory assignments to companies and shareholders, particularly in private placements and M&A transactions.

Sérgio has a degree in Economics. He speaks English and French and has a good understanding of Spanish.

Carla Coelho joined the group in 1999 and she is partner of Gesventure since 2005.

Carla is a lawyer specialized in business and she is in charge of group's legal support.

Carla has been involved in all Gesventure's deals, with special focus on legal aspects of the transactions.

She holds a Law degree.

Prior to join Gesventure, he seated at the board of many Portuguese companies in the banking, venture capital, factoring, leasing, insurance, shipping and health services sectors. He integrated the Portuguese Government in 1983/85 as Advisor for the Sea Minister Office.

He holds a degree in Economics. He speaks English and French.
