Experience as Controller for The Kanthal Corp, USA, and Controller for Lindéngruppen AB, CEO for Becker Industrial Coatings AB, CEO for Creando AB, and COO for Attendo Senior Care AB. Worked with mergers and acquisitions since 2003. Degree in Business Administration and Economics from The Stockholm School of Economics and M.B.A. degree from the U.S.

Analyst
Experience as accountant in HSB and from group accounting as team leader in the Axfood Group. Working as Analyst since the Spring 2008. B.A. in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Information Management.

Experience from leading positions in the paper and pulp industry and large international corporations, e. g. SCA, Boliden and Volvo. Also banking experience. Worked many years as trouble shooter for companies with problems in their subsidiaries, mainly in Africa. Assisted Swedish banks in the financial crisis in the early 1990’ies with different rescuing operations. Worked with mergers and acquisitions since 1994 for Svensk FöretagsFörmedling, where he has been a member of the board of directors. Master of Engineering degree. Consul of the Gambia in Sweden.

Project leader.
Eric has previously worked as CEO and CFO at Getupdated Internet Marketing AB. He raised capital through a number of new issues of shares and also an IPO. He was part of growing the company from annual sales of 10 MSEK to 350 MSEK in three years, partly by being in charge of more than 20 acquisitions of companies with a turnover of 5-165 MSEK. Eric has also experience with mergers and acquisitions from working at Svensk Företagsförmedling for 7 years and at the auditing firm RanbyBjörklund for 3 years. Eric has a degree in business administration.

Project leader.
Anders has worked with product development at Husqvarna AB and product development, purchasing and logistics in the automotive industry. He has also run his own businesses in general industry, electronic components sales and real estate. Anders has extensive experience from serving on the board of directors in several companies. He is very involved in the energy sector, where he has been particularly involved in the wind power industry. Anders has an engineering degree.

Experience from project administration and acquisition analysis in the real estate sector. President of an investment company during the second part of the 1980’ies with focus on acquisitions. Business broker with Svensk Företagförmedling since 1991. Has experience from transactions within most industries. Has been working Chairman of the Board for Svensk Företagförmedling during a number of years. Degree in Architecture and Business Administration. Presently Chairman of the board in the Association of Swedish Business Brokers.

Partner and Project leader
Experience from the Swedish Trade Council as Regional Export Advisor in a number of different industries. Additional international experience, when she in the 1990’ies worked as Area Sales Manager in number of small and mid sized engineering companies. Worked with mergers and acquisitions since 2007. Swedish Business School Graduate as well as a Masters degree from the U.K.

Project leader
Johan has a degree in business administration and has many years of experience from positions in the B2B-sector.
He has worked as Managing Director and vice-president in both multinational listed companies and unlisted family companies. During the last 20 years Johan continuously has taken part in business transfers/integration operations.
Johan has also worked with business transfers at Svensk Företagsförmedling.

Project leader
Niklas has worked with both large and small transactions since 1995. At SEB Enskilda he assisted in both private and public M&A-transactions, often with foreign buyers and sellers, in diverse industries such as automotive, investment, education, telecom and IT. He participated in building the firm's technology team, where larger capital raising became an important product. In recent years he has worked in the same constellation first at Redeye and then Dealbridge, which he co-founded in 2006. During these years, a number of corporate transactions and capital raising has been undertaken in sectors such as media, Internet, retail and game development. Niklas holds a MSc in Business and Economics.
