John Z. Zhang is the founder and CEO of HFG CHINA.

John has, together with his team, successfully taken numerous Chinese private enterprises public in major U.S. and German capital markets, and helped a number of companies complete their pre-IPO financing.

John was Deputy Chief Representative in Kanda Co., Ltd. Shanghai Rep. Office where he was in charge of direct investment in China. He also has a long-standing and rich experience in overseas capital operations. With his profound understanding of north-American and Chinese capital markets, John translated the book Phantom`s Gift, which received great popularity among Chinese readers.

Ms Chen started her career in overseas investment banking area from 1997, built up over 15 years experience in Financing, IPO and M&A

Joining HFG China since inception, Ms Chen led her team bring 22 companies go public overseas with over 800mUSD fund raising size during. Ms Chen has deep understanding on M&A and private placement of overseas market, accumulating lots of experiences in restructure and fund raising for the companies covering various industries including manufacturing, consumer products, food and agriculture.

Ms Chen worked in Worldsec Securities Limited (Acquired by United Overseas Band) and ICEA Securities before joining Halter.

Ms Chen holds MBA degree of University of Chicago.

With almost 20 years of experience in Research, Product Development, Business Development and Corporate Finance in the U.S. Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry and Entrepreneurial ventures.

Don manages HFG China's Healthcare focus to help bridge the gap between Western countries and China

Since joining HFG China in 2003 when it was founded, Ms Guan has been involved in the investment banking and financial advisory sectors. With solid law background, Ms Guan has profound knowledge in the oversea IPO process, private placement, PIPE and M&A. Ms Guan has focused on the Renewable energy and Clean tech sectors.

Ms Guan holds bachelor degree in Law from Nan Kai University and master degree in Law from Dalian University of Technology.

Edward has over 6 years' experiences in HFG China providing investment banking and financial advisory services to Chinese companies in their overseas IPO transaction, private equity financing, PIPE and M&A transactions. Prior to joining HFG China, Edward had over 6 years' experience in Big four CPA firms providing assurance services to numerous HKSE and NYSE listed companies and sino-foreign joint ventures.

Edward has a deep understanding of the key issues in the cross-board transaction of Chinese companies. He also has profound industry knowledge in mining and energy sector and knowledge of China accounting regulations, IFRS and US GAAP. He graduated from top university in China and is currently a CFA charter holder.

Founded and operated Papa Bello Enterprises, Inc. as the CEO. Signed a Master Lease Agreement with WAL-MART Stores USA for over 100 locations throughout the United States. Franchised the company in 2006. Registered the company as a Franchisor in all 50 states. Took the company public in 2008 via a reverse merger trading under the stock symbol PAPA. Opened two stores in China.

Top agent and broker 3 years in a row (2003, 2004, 2005 respectively) receiving the highest paid commission status in the state of Nevada each year. Selected as the "Entrepreneur of the Year" to represent the state of Nevada amongst the top 50 youngest entrepreneurs from each state at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2005.

Michelle has more than 6 years of cross-border investment bank experience. By involving in numerous transactions, she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in PIPE, going public, private placement, M&A and privatization. She holds MSc in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
