Graduated in Business Administration and Finance, with Postgraduate in Negotiation, Postgraduate in Business Management, Postgraduate in Senior Management and Strategic Leadership at Universidad de los Andes , Studies in strategic planning from the University of Rosario.
Diego has over 17 years of experience working for major companies in Colombia as: Colmena, Citibank, Suramericana where he held various management positions leading organizational processes. Since 2007 and to date he has worked as an investment banker leading buying and selling operations of companies in Colombia, especially in the hydrocarbons sector where he has become a specialist in the oil sector.
Julio González, Associate Partner
Graduate in Economics from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) with various completed executive programs (among Corporate Finance and Negotiation) at CESA (Bogotá,Colombia) and Money Markets in Citibank USA.
Julio has 28 years of experience in banking, capital markets and corporate finance. He worked in Corporate Finance at Citibank in Colombia and was senior partner and board member in several leading brokerage firms.
He served as a member of the Disciplinary Chamber at the Colombian Stock Exchange.
In 2002 he started his investment bank firm focused on M&A transactions.

Carlos Pulido, Associate Partner
Graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Santa Fe de Bogota, D.C. with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Schiller International University, Paris, France and an MBA - Master in Information Technology from Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany.
In 2012 Carlos joined B.A.M&A Colombia as Associate Partner in M&A and Corporate Finance. He first worked as a Business and Planning Manager and then as Business Director.at Promotora Puga, Bogota, Business and Planning Manager. Earlier he was a Planning Assistant at SITTIG GMBH, Germany.
