Rohit leads the Mergers & Acqusitions practice of BMR Advisors. Prior to BMR, he was a tax partner with E&Y and led the M&A group within its tax practice He worked with Arthur Andersen for over eight years until the practice merged with E&Y in June 2002 He also leads the Japanese Business for BMR.

Vivek is a Partner in BMR‘s Mergers & Acquisitions practice with focus on lead advisory services. He is a former team member of Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. He has considerable experience in mergers, acquisitions and family business restructuring. Extensive involvement in transactions in the media and entertainment industry.
