Juhani Parda has wide international experience. Apart from Middle East and Africa, he has worked and lived in several financial capitals of Asia, Latin America and Europe. He has worked with cross-border transactions and activities since mid-90s, particularly in corporate finance and venture capital. In addition to M.Sc. (Tech.) from one of the leading universities of Finland, TUT, he is a CFA III Candidate. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program is widely considered the investment profession’s most rigorous credentialing program and has been referred to as a “gold standard” by the Economist and Financial Times.

John Blake has 14 years corporate finance and private equity experience in emerging markets. He has executed transactions in Africa, China and India. John was the Africa manager for a London listed Sino-India based private equity fund and subsequently a partner in an emerging market focused private equity fund in China, Africa and India. His consulting and project-based experience is complimented by a history of entrepreneurship by starting, building and exiting two successful technology start-ups. John has executed transactions in the technology, industrial, media, renewable energy and natural resource sectors. He is fluent in English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Mandarin.
