Tero Nummenpää has worked in Corporate Finance and Venture Capital businesses since year 2000. Before founding Translink Finland in 2003, he worked as Investment Manager in an investment company, namely PCA Infocom Finance Oy. Mr. Nummenpää has initiated and executed numerous cross-border M&A transactions and advised several Finnish growth companies in their equity capital operations. Mr. Nummenpää holds M.Sc. (Tech) from Tampere University of Technology and MBA from Virginia Tech (US).

Jari Lauriala has worked since year 2000 in international investment banking and venture capital companies advising leading Finnish and international corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions, including venture capital and private equity transactions, leveraged financing arrangements, complex security issues and incentive schemes. He has also advised companies making public equity offerings and convertible debt issues that involve listing of shares on the Helsinki Exchange or alternative marketplaces. Mr Lauriala also frequently advises Finnish pension funds on the structuring and establishment of private equity funds. Mr. Lauriala has published three books and over twenty peer reviewed articles about legal aspects of venture capital and corporate finance. He also lectures widely on different fields of corporate law and finance. Mr. Lauriala holds Master of Law and Licentiate of Law degrees and studies in international MBA program (Finance concentration) in Helsinki School of Economics.

Mika Vauhkonen has worked in the investment banking and venture capital sectors focusing on merges, acquisitions, company restructurings and buy-outs since 1999. Mr. Vauhkonen holds M. Sc. (Tech) from Helsinki School of Technology and is an MBA graduate from Edinburgh Business School (UK).
