Vlad has worked in the investment industry since 1994. Vlad acquired his experience and track record in attracting investments in such banks and corporates as Deutsche Bank, Nomura, Bank Austria (UK), CAIB, Inter RAO EES and Evrazholding (RF). Vlad covered a broad range of sectors, among which - power utilities, real estate, banking, engineering, agrobusiness. Vlad graduated from Kishinev State University, with a major in Physics. He received an MBA degree from SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy. Vlad has the citizenship of Moldova and Italy and is fluent in English, Russian, Romanian, Italian and speaks conversant Spanish and French.

Feliks is responsible for the business development and origination effort. Feliks has over 8 years of working experience in major Ukrainian corporations: Intepipe (EastOne), Logos, etc., in Business Development, Strategy Implementation, Investment and Corporate Governance areas. Feliks participated in the management and successful completion of a number of investment and business development projects in various sectors in Ukraine. Some of the projects have been completed in close cooperation with McKinsey and PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting firms. Feliks is a 1999 graduate of the Government and Municipal Management University, Zaporozhie, Ukraine, with a major in International Economic Affairs. Feliks is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
