Henrik Schroder’s corporate background includes Sophus Berendsen. Henrik started his independent consultancy in 1988 specialising in mergers, acquisitions and divestments of companies.

Sigge Enk’s was a stockbroker involved in valuations and M&A activities for many years. Sigge has experience from management of SMEs and acquisition and divestment of such companies.

Gert Mortensen’s background includes management consulting with PA Consulting and investment banking with Audon Trap & Partners (now Audon Partners). Gert has many years of experience with acquisitions, divestments, industry restructuring, and management consulting.

Claus Melgaard’s background is more than 15 years of senior and executive management from: Nilfisk Advance, Maxon Telecom, Philips, and Glunz & Jensen. From 2001 to 2007 he was CEO for a Danish venture fond. He holds a B.Sc. (EE).

Since attaining his engineering degree, Knud Frisenborg Marker has held numerous management positions, both nationally and internationally. The primary focus of his career has been industrial production companies.

Christian Løche Andersen has a background as a state-authorized public accountant. Later, Christian moved on to a position as managing director at Europcar. After that, Christian became an active member of the board in numerous Danish companies, several of these as chairman of the board. Since the beginning of his career, Christian has been involved with M&A activities in relation to these responsibilities. Furthermore, Christian has considerable experience with generational succession.

Vidar Thorlaksson, M.Sc. in International Management, has a background as an entrepreneur in the IT business and as a business developer. Vidar has experience with, amongst other things, international post-merger integration and several years of experience with import from, and production in, China.

Thor Jespersen, M.Sc. (BA and Private & Common Law) has 12 years of management and leadership experience from companies such as Baltica, Danaklon and Funki. Thor was also managing director in the venture capital fund NOVI in Aalborg.

Jørgen Christensen’s corporate background includes extensive senior and executive management from companies like Grundfos, Teknos, LEGO and KVIST. Jørgen has practical experience from execution of both acquisitions and divestments of companies.

ERIK AAEN M.Sc.Chem, B.Com.Degree.Finance has a long experience as a director in several danish global oriented B-t-B companies. Has worked in many different indusries both with strategic as well as operational management. Experience from outsourcing, aquisitions and divestments of companies as well as in turn-arounds.
