Pierre-Jean Gaudel, Dealmaker

Pierre-Jean Gaudel's Picture

Pierre-Jean started his career in 1995 in the Valuation and Due diligence department of the audit firm Salustro Reydel. He then joined the French firm BM&A, where he founded and developed the Transaction services department.

In 2008, he founded Paris Corporate Finance, which provides advisory services to companies and investment funds in mergers, acquisitions, disposals and venture capital transactions. It is also specialized in financial evaluation, due diligences and corporate recovery.

In addition to his degree of Business school, he holds degrees of chartered accountant and lawyer. He is also Director of a post graduate corporate law and finance programme (Master 2 DJCE) at the Faculty of Law in Nancy.

Lina Ismail

Lina Ismail's Picture

Mme Ismail, co-founder (1989) started her career with 3i in Paris. Since then, she has been involved in advising companies and shareholders of companies on a wide range of French and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint-ventures, LBOs and private placements. She has worked for private owners and medium-sized to multi-national companies across, among others, the transport and logistics, and healthcare sectors. Lina has an MBA from Insead (1994).

Guillaume Loudenot, Analyst

Guillaume has a financial mathematics background from the London Metropolitan University and holds a Master degree in corporate finance from the University of Caen. He started his career working in transaction support in Paris Corporate Finance. He is responsible for the coordination of international requests and opportunities of Translink for cross-border transactions.

Jules Domenichini, Dealmaker

Jules Domenichini's Picture

Jules Domenichini previously worked with Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young in Geneva and BDO in London, where he was a Senior Manager in charge of European M&A advisory. He has advised on more than 30 transactions, including in excess of 20 cross-border deals involving essentially European companies.

Jules Domenichini joined Paris Corporate Finance in January 2010 as a Partner and is in charge of the international corporate finance advisory activities.

He holds a Master in Economics from Neuchâtel University (Switzerland) and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2005. He obtained an MBA "with Merit" from Manchester Business School in 2009. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and German.
