Andreas Hüchting

Andreas, Managing Director of Translink Corporate Finance in Germany, has extensive experience both as an entrepreneur and as a consultant in Germany and Central/Eastern Europe. Andreas has built up an international Fashion company in Germany with subsidiaries across Eastern Europe; later he founded a consulting company specialized in internationalization strategies for German companies. During the last few years Andreas has been involved in several M&A transactions in Germany and abroad. He holds a diploma of Economics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
Markus Saller - Partner

Markus started his M&A-Career in 1995 at the second-largest German bank, HypoVereinsbank, where he advised the bank’s corporate clients on M&A-transactions of all kinds. In 1998, he was co-founder of the corporate finance-subsidiary of a stock broker and investment bank in Frankfurt, where he was mainly responsible for the IPO- and private equity-business. Since 2002, Markus is Managing Director of AURIGA Corporate Finance GmbH focusing on small- and mid-sized M&A-transactions. Markus studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Munich and the University of Colorado at Boulder (MBA-diploma).
Walter Krejci - Partner

Walter´s M&A experience dates back to 1991, when he joined HypoVereinsbank in Munich. As authorised officer in the bank´s M&A subsidiary, he was responsible for a broad variety of M&A-transactions including cross-border deals. In 1998, he was co-founder of the corporate finance division of a medium-sized investment bank based in Frankfurt. There he managed both M&A- and IPO projects and was also responsible for some of the bank´s own private equity investments. In 2002, he founded AURIGA Corporate Finance GmbH together with Markus Saller. Walter studied Economics in Austria and holds an MBA degree from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Christian Hörner

Christian has over 10 years experience in M&A and corporate finance. He started his career in 1999 with Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt where he advised on M&A transactions in the real estate sector. Subsequently Christian spent five years at Dresdner Kleinwort and Credit Suisse, where he advised clients in different sectors on buy side and sell side assignments as well as on fairness opinions and Equity offerings. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) and speaks German, English and French.
