Leif holds a MSc. degree in mechanical engineering and MBA. He started his career in the oil business as cost engineer in the oil company Saga Petroleum (Now Statoil Hydro) and thereafter as sales manager in the oil service company Björge Group. After a short period being sales and marketing manager in an ICT business, Leif had 16 years of different management positions in one of the largest listed Norwegian companies, Orkla.

At Orkla Leif was project director at Orkla’s head quarter being involved in many acquisitions. Then he moved into line management as sales & marketing director for two Orkla businesses in the branded consumer goods area. Leif also had some years as responsible for business development in the same area. After the Orkla period Leif started as M&A advisor and partner in Norsk Bedriftsmegling and then together with two partners founded Synergos in 2009.

Knut holds a MBA-Finance degree. He started his career in Orkla Media as chief accountant, before he was given the opportunity to build up Orkla Medias department for “business development” as a tool for acquisitions and development within the media industry. During his 15 year in Orkla Media, Knut had top management positions as CFO, head of corporate development and director digital media. Knut was involved in almost all acquisitions Orkla Media did before the group was sold with a huge gain in 2006. Knut has cross border experience from M&A transactions in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine.

After his period in Orkla, Knut has been working with M&A and strategic advisement in Boston Corporate and as partner in Aratos.

Yngvar holds a MSc./MBA degree from MIT, USA and AMP from Harvard Business School. He has 25 years of experience from the financial sector with operational experience from large corporate financial institutions, capital markets, retail banking, private banking, asset management and corporate finance in Norway and London. Yngvar has had management positions at Citibank, SEB, Union Bank, Bank Vika and as Division Director M&A in the largest Norwegian bank; DnBNOR. After his banking period he has 8 years experience as a consultant in strategy and M&A in Rokade, IKO and Finpro. Yngvar has broad transaction experience.
