Mr. Moran has over 25 years of experience working with large investment banking firms, servicing clients throughout the United States. Over the last two plus decades, Mr. Moran has worked for Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Schroder & Company, and Wachovia Securities selling equity-related products and services. In particular, Joe was an institutional equity salesperson providing research, banking, and derivative products to large institutional investors. Joe maintains his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as well as his Life, Accident, and Health License.

Mr. Fitzgerald has over 30 years of experience providing financial services to Long Island and New York-based middle market clients. Mr. Fitzgerald has worked for JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Washington Mutual Bank in various capacities throughout his career, most recently as a commercial banking portfolio manager and business development professional. He has also managed and grown a series of retail bank branches in Long Island. Previously, Mr. Fitzgerald worked for Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company and Equitable Life Insurance Company. He maintains the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. In addition, Greg maintains his Life, Accident and Health License.

More than 40 years with Deloitte working on M&A, IPOs, and all other SEC filings (Deputy Professional Practice Director and Northeast Region China Service Group Leader), serves of Board of Directors of three China-based public companies.

Ms. Wolfson has more than 8 years of investment banking experience and consulting experience with Credit Suisse First Boston, Berkshire Capital Securities and most recently, Thomas Weisel Partners. She earned her M.B.A. from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her B.A. from Brown University.

Mr. Giffuni is a Certified Public Accountant, and a founder and shareholder of Giffuni & Young CPA. He was previously employed by Deloitte and Touche LLC, and as the CFO of a large privately held electronics manufacturer. Chris is also the co-founder, Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer of Ameriteak Reforestation, LLC which is a forestry plantation project establishment and management company in Central America. Mr. Giffuni has advised and consulted with numerous companies, both publicly traded and privately held, on a variety of financial, accounting, significant transaction, computer and investment issues. He has extensive experience in real estate including the litigation and settlement of a portfolio of Manhattan apartment buildings encompassing a divestiture well in the eight figures. Mr. Giffuni earned a B.S. in Business from Alfred University and has served on the Board of Directors of several public, private, and not for profit entities.
