Translink
has a policy of pursuing a continuing recruitment program, to hire new deal
negotiators (dealmakers) and back office research personnel.
Dealmakers
We
seek to recruit dealmakers who have proven experience in Mergers &
Acquisitions activities gained within the corporate finance divisions of the
major investment banks.
Candidates
would hold a university degree and ideally an MBA. Previous employment activity
should include a minimum of five years transaction experience, gained with a
major investment bank and applicants would be expected to demonstrate an
entrepreneurial approach to
dealmaking.
Career
opportunities currently exist in all Translink offices.
Research/Analyst
Personnel
We
also seek to recruit research/analyst personnel who would assist dealmakers in
the researching of business opportunities, plus the preparation of detailed
company reports and financial evaluation. Applicants would normally have
recently qualified from a good business school and would be seeking to gain
initial work experience in an investment banking organization.
