Raúl Marozof - Managing Partner
 Mr.
Marozof, Managing Director, has a degree in Public Relations and attended
several seminars in Argentina and abroad related to international business and
marketing operations.
Before joining SIDERFIMA S.A., Mr. Marozof was CEO of KICSA ALUMINIO S.A., a
company belonging to ALUAR ALUMINIO ARGENTINO S.A., the sole aluminum smelter
in Argentina.
Prior to that position he was Sales and Marketing Director and also Purchasing
Director of ALUAR ALUMINIO ARGENTINA S.A.. Previously he held the position of
Marketing Director and Human Resources Director of FATE S.A. (the largest tire
manufacturer in Argentina).
César Allona - Partner
 Mr.
Allona is Public Account and Master in Business Administration from Buenos
Aires University.
Prior to joining SIDERFIMA S.A. he was CEO in CINCOTTA S.A., the largest retail
and tire service network in the country belonging to FATE S.A., the largest
tire manufacturer in Argentina.
Previously he was CFO of FATE S.A. and CFO of KICSA ALUMINIO S.A., a company
owned by ALUAR ALUMINIO ARGENTINO S.A.
