Kent Holt

Before joining Kent was the Assistant Managing Director of ING, Budapest for four years and prior to that was head of Corporate Finance at ING, Prague. Kent worked for ING for more than 13 years and has extensive corporate banking experience from the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Hungary. He also has a broad experience of European corporate finance, M&A advisory and debt capital markets. Kent has been involved in a variety of transactions in the food, manufacturing and utility sectors. He speaks English and Dutch.

Marek Mlynar

Marek has strong experience in the utilities and energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining he worked for Commerzbank in Frankfurt with the Utilities and Energy team and prior to this with ING in the Czech Republic where he worked in various transactions in the financial sector, utilities and manufacturing. He also executed several debt capital market transactions at this time. He holds a degree from the Business School in Prague and is a chartered accountant. Marek speaks Czech, English and German.

Jan Strobel

Jan has considerable experience in the electricity, gas and water sectors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. His M&A transactions include stadtwerke, gas transmission, wind and water services providers. In addition, he has provided financial advice on energy trading joint ventures, energy planning processes and electricity sales pricing. Other industry experience includes telecoms in the Czech Republic. Jan was previously with the Berlin Water Company where he worked in finance designing new control systems. Jan graduated as an economist from the Berufsakademie, Berlin. He speaks German and English.

Dr. Stefan Prange

Stefan advises on strategy in the electricity and gas sectors in Germany and Austria. He was previously with Siemens, Germany for seven years where he was involved in infrastructure and terminals for mobiles and then a strategic marketing manager for mobile communications and value added services. Prior to that, Stefan was in the consumer electronics business of Siemens. He has also been the Chief Technical Officer of a start-up company in telecoms. Stefan holds a Doctor of Engineering Sciences from the Technical University, Berlin. He speaks German and English.
