Mika Vauhkonen
Mika Vauhkonen has worked for the last 7 years in Finnish venture capital
sector focusing in mergers & acquisitions, buy-outs and instrumentation of
complex equity and debt transactions. Mr. Vauhkonen has gained particular
experience in taxation and structuring of limited partnership structures for
financial investors. In addition Mr. Vauhkonen has advised several Finnish
companies in their leveraged re-capitalizations and off-balance-sheet capital
operations. Mr. Vauhkonen holds M.Sc. (Tech) from Helsinki School of
Technology.
Tero Nummenpää
Tero Nummenpää has worked for the last 6 years in Finnish venture capital
sector focusing in strategic advisory, business development, financial
modelling and instrumentation of private fundraisings for target companies. Mr.
Nummenpää has advised several Finnish growth companies in their equity capital
operations and gained particular experience in valuation of business
opportunities. Mr. Nummenpää holds M.Sc. (Tech) from Tampere University of
Technology and MBA from Virginia Tech (US).
Jari Lauriala
Jari Lauriala has worked for the last 6 years for inter-national investment
banking and venture capital companies focusing in international mergers &
acquisitions, private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) transactions. Mr.
Lauriala has contributed to structuring and instrumentation of fund structures
for large Finnish financial institutions and has advised several private and
institutional investors in their VC and PE transactions. Mr. Lauriala has
published three books and several peer reviewed articles about legal aspects of
venture capital and corprate finance. Mr. Lauriala holds Master of Law and
Licentiate of Law degrees and has completed Technology Management program in
Helsinki School of Business Administration.
