Harald K. Berg
Co-founder. Corporate finance and investment advisory roles within the European
IT- and industrial sectors since July 2002. Previous co-founder and Managing
Director of TC Holdings GmbH, Germany, a leading continental fitness chain,
Director at Daiwa Structured Finance, London and Vice President at CSFB in
Zurich and Geneva. Mr. Berg holds a Masters Degree in Business from the
Université de Fribourg in Switzerland (1994). He is fluent in English, German,
French and Norwegian.
Per Christian Goller
Co-founder. M&A activities within the Nordic IT- and industrial sectors
since Jan 2002. Previous operational experience including CEO of industrial
company Finn Solvang AS, Marketing Manager drinking products at Tine Norske
Meierier and Business Dev. Manager at Opera Software. Banking experience from
Midland Montagu. BSc from Univ. of Manchester Institute of Science and
Technology (1988).
Geir Kaasa
Joined in September 2004. Previous operational experience as Finance Director
at Allkopi and CFO of Thrane Gruppen. Mr. Kaasa has gained relevant corporate
finance experience as management consultant at Arkwright’s Oslo office. Geir
holds a Master of Business and Economics from The Norwegian School of
Management (1998).
